The simplest workout app. You see only today's single move (Push-up → Squat → Pull-up rotation) and a start button. It carries 001's NUCLEI TUT method intact: every rep flows through a slow time-under-tension tempo — 3s lowering (inhale), 3s hold, 3s raising (exhale). Sound, vibration and a breathing cue mark each phase so you can follow without watching. Your level is the exercise variation (incline → standard → decline → archer → one-arm), not a rep count: reps stay in the optimal window and you progress to harder variations — the proper way to overload bodyweight. Finish, and it advances to the next move. This interactive module represents One move a day, at 3-3-3 tempo inside the Atelier platform. Built using HTML5 and modern JavaScript for maximum performance and design fidelity.
